Our Monthly Beef Bundles are designed for 10-12 meals for two people and conveniently fit in a small freezer. Bundles change monthly and are subject to availability. All of our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days, hand-cut then vacuum packed and flash frozen.

How much will my steer cost? What does this include?
Current pricing is as follows:

  • Half Steer- $8.50/lb dressing weight
  • Whole Steer- $8.50/lb dressing weight
This equates to a cost of $11-$12 per pound of beef, which includes custom processing and delivery to your house or designated meeting place! For reference, our 90/10 Ground Beef Retails for $10/lb.
